Failed to download RQM Excel Importer

Hello,

I'm trying to download RQM Excel importer from https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/4.0.3/RQM-Extras-RQMExcelWordImporter-4.0.3.zip

I receive '500 Internal Server error'

Timur,
I just now tested it, it is happening for all downloads...I think some maintenance is happening. Hope the Jazz team will resolve the issue..

Same here, no way to download the RTC client 4.0.3 anymore...
