I'm using RTC V3.0.1 eclipse client and trying to write custom BIRT report. I have installed BIRT plugin through eclipse update process.

While creating DataSet in Birt reportdesigner perspective, I'm not able to select filters / parameters while defining the dataset.

If I manually set the parameters for dataset, but it does not select the expected data but fetches everything in dataset , which results in large dataset , affecting the performance.

IS there any way, this behavior of BIRT be corrected ? can
