The Development Team:

• Commits to the delivery of the highest priority features as defined by the Product Owner
• Estimates how much they can deliver
• Team size, 6 plus or minus 3 people and should contain all the necessary skills to execute the work (developers, testers, etc.)
• Selects the sprint goal and specifies work results
• Organizes itself and its work
• Demos work results to the product owner and any other interested parties.
