Design Management 4.0 OAuth patch for RPE 1.1.2 and RPE 1.1.2.2

The corresponding patch must be applied to the Rational Publishing Engine Document Studio application, 
before RPE Studio will be able to connect to a Design Management 4.0 server in order to download type
schemas or to run reports.

There are two separate patches for RPE Studio versions 1.1.2 and 1.1.2.2. 
You must install the correct patch for the version of RPE that you are using.

The patch for RPE 1.1.2 only fixes the DM 4.0 authentication issue.
The patch for RPE 1.1.2.2 fixes the DM 4.0 authentication issue plus an URL encoding issue.


In order to apply this patch, you must know the location of the following directories:

    <IBMShared> is the shared plug-in directory that the IBM Install Manager uses, and
    <AppData>   is the directory where application specific data is stored for a given <user>.


On Microsoft Windows systems, the default <IBMShared> directory is C:\Program Files\IBM\IBMShared
On Linux systems, the default <IBMShared> directory is /opt/IBM/IBMShared

By default, the <AppData> directory on Microsoft Windows is a system folder so you
may not be able to see it. Adjust the folder view properties to show system folders.

On Windows XP, the <AppData> directory is: C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data
On Windows 7,  the <AppData> directory is: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming
On Linux, the <AppData> directory is: <userHome>/.tmp


Before applying this patch, ensure all instances of RPE Studio and Launcher have been shut down.

1)  Open the corresponding patch file and extract its contents into the <IBMShared>/plugins directory. 
    Several .jar files and manifest files will be replaced. 

2)  Go to the <AppData>/IBM/Rational directory and delete the RPE_* directory. This directory contains
    cached data for the RPE Studio application and will be recreated when the application is restarted.

3)  Restart the RPE Studio application.
