Verifying and troubleshooting server rename

This page describes verification and troubleshooting steps for server rename. Perform the verification steps after the sever rename completes.

There are two primary parts to server rename verification:

• Running the server rename verification wizard
• Performing final verifications for the Jazz™ Team Server, the Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) applications, and any common components and integrations

There is also a verification step that you perform earlier, after you generate the mapping file. The earlier verification is performed on the generated mapping file, before you perform the actual rename.
