Usage

Results database not configured correctly on RTW Desktop and RTVS Shared Service

Problem: Users receives error that schema is incorrect for Results Database Solution: Redeploy the RTVS Shared Service. Make sure to uncheck and recheck the Database Workload Standard and set to 'GreenHat ResultDB Standard'. Note if this is checked by default it is still necessary to uncheck and recheck the radio button due to a defect in IBM Pure Application System
