The IBM team deploys the IBM products into an IBM SoftLayer Cloud Service Center, and monitors the solution for 24x7 availability. The IBM Cloud team installs a default configuration based on a preselected configuration template, deliver ongoing infrastructure, application, and provide support service remotely.
