It provides the larger, contextual overview and purpose of the solution under development. Vision appears on the spanning palette and can be applied at any level in the framework."

1. Create the Vision

An artifact template is provided for the SAFe vision.

2. Inform the team

Inform the team how they can access the Vision.

Add a link to the Vision to appropriate dashboards.

Program dashboards should link to the program vision and parent solution vision artifacts.
