2. Overview Features
Briefly describe each new Feature or capability that will be demonstrated.

Plans > Quick Planner > All Work
Select an iteration from the dropdown menu. Select Display as Lanes. Scroll right to
Done. You can now see the list of Features that were Done for the selected
increment/iteration.

5. Identify risks and impediments.
Identify any current risks and impediments that may have emerged from the demo and progress over the
last sprint.

Click Plans > Quick Planner > Backlog
a. Click in Create a work item and type the name of the risk/impediment.
c. Set the Type to Risk.
d. To mark the work item as an impediment, click on the work item after it has been created, and
set the probability to 100%.
