Introduction
This workshop will enable users on the IBM Rational Insight solution and how to customize it to achieve their specific business needs. In this workshop, you will learn about the Rational Insight solution, how to author a report and how to customize IBM Cognos Data Manager and IBM Cognos Framework Manager to meet additional reporting needs. Though this specific scenario deals with Rational Insight with Rational Team Concert as the data source, the concepts explained in this workshop are applicable to anyone using IBM Rational Insight or IBM Cognos BI with any data source.
Prerequisites
- You have a working deployment of IBM Rational Insight version 1.1.1.3 and the Insight Developer tools.
- You have a working deployment of IBM Rational Team Concert version 4.0.5
- You have integrated Insight and RTC (see Integrating CLM with an existing Rational Insight deployment on how to do this
- You have loaded atleast two weeks worth of defect data from RTC into the CLM/Insight data warehouse
