Summary
When attempting to import ClearQuest Records into Rational Team Concert, clicking on the Browse button in the Select a Query section, the following error message is encountered:
An error has occurred while retrieving query folders
Looking at the Error log via Window > Show View > Error Log the following error entry can be found:
The version 711 of CQ currently installed is incompatible with version 71 of the CM API in the CQ gateway. Ensure that the CQ gateway runs on a server where the CQ version installed is at least at level 7.0.1.

This error is due to some incorrect checking of what versions of CQ are supported. See work item 95677 for details.
To resolve the problem, go to the Rational Team Concert download page on jazz.net to download a version of the CQ Connector equal or later than 2.0.0.2. Install or upgrade the CQ Connector to this version.
