Summary

The CLI deliver command in 3.0.1.x with the argument -c scoped to a work item delivers only one of the change sets associated to that work item.

Problem

In RTC 3.0.1.x, the -C flag in the CLI will allow a work item as an argument but it will deliver only one of the change sets associated to that work item. Note. In RTC 4.0 and upward, the -C flag in the CLI deliver command no longer takes work item arguments.

Workarounds

There are multiple workarounds.

  • Supply the change set aliases to lscm deliver -c (or scm deliver -c)
  • Deliver all the change sets in the component, aka don’t use the -c flag
