Workaround: CLM 4.0.7 Interactive Upgrade Guide experiences issues in Microsoft Internet Explorer 10

Problem

Issues can occur with the Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) 4.0.7 Interactive Upgrade Guide in Microsoft Internet Explorer 10. For example, after you select an application to upgrade, the Get Your Instructions button is pushed out of frame and cannot be selected.

Workaround

Select any of these workarounds:

• Use a different browser.
• Use a different version of Internet Explorer.
• In Internet Explorer 10, use the following workaround to select the Get Your Instructions button:
  1. Select a portion of text above the out-of-frame button.
  2. With the text selected, drag the cursor below the button until it is revealed and can be clicked.
