Changing the repository workspace flow target

After you set up your repository workspace and selected a flow target, you can change the flow target for changes that you make in the workspace.

Procedure

  2. On the Edit Repository Workspace panel, enter a forward slash (/) next to the current flow target and press the Enter key.
  3. On the Change Flow Target panel, a list of flow targets available to the repository workspace identifies the current and default flow targets. To see a menu of actions, enter a forward slash (/) next to a flow target to change and press the Enter key.
  4. On the Flow Target List Actions panel, enter the number of the action to take for the flow target and press the Enter key.
    1. To add a flow target, enter a 1 in the action field and press the Enter key, which is equivalent to entering an A on the Change Flow Target panel. On the Add Flow Target panel, you can enter a stream or workspace name or pattern to limit the flow targets that are displayed. Select whether the flow target to be added is a stream or a workspace. Enter a forward slash (/) next to the repository workspace or stream to add to the workspace and press the Enter key. The Change Flow Target panel displays the flow target the next time you open the panel.
    2. To remove a flow target, enter a 2 in the action field and press the Enter key, which is equivalent to entering an R on the Change Flow Target panel. Press the Enter key in the Confirm Remove panel and the flow target is removed from the workspace. The flow target is not displayed in the Change Flow Target panel the next time you open the panel.

The combination of keypresses is equivalent to entering a C next to a flow target on the Change Flow Target panel. The Change Flow Target panel displays the <Current> label for the flow target the next time you open the panel.
    4. To define this flow target as the default flow target, enter a 4 in the action field and press the Enter key. The combination of key strokes is equivalent to entering a D next to a flow target on the Change Flow Target panel. The Change Flow Target panel displays the <Default> label for the flow target the next time you open the panel.
    5. To edit this flow target, enter a 5 in the action field and press the Enter key. The combination of key strokes is equivalent to entering an E next to a flow target on the Change Flow Target panel. The Edit Flow Target panel displays the components for the selected flow target. Enter a forward slash (/) next to each component to flow to and from the flow target, and press the Enter key. The selected components now flow to and from the flow target.
To not modify any of the flow targets, press either F3 to exit from any panel without any changes, or F12 to cancel the changes.
