About this task
You can view the status of skipped resources in the LQE on the TRS Feed Diagnostics page in the web client. The information on this page helps you to identify the causes of problems and suggests how to fix them. For example, if an intermittent problem caused a resource to be inaccessible, but it is now accessible, the page advises you to ignore those skipped resources. If the cause of a skipped resource is that a work item was deleted, the page indicates that. New causes for skipped resources that have not been seen previously are listed under Unknown Errors.
To view the status of skipped resources in LQE on the TRS Feed Diagnostics page:
Log into the server administration page of your web client, for example:
In the top navigation pane, click TRS Feed Diagnostics:
In the Skipped Resources Status page, in the left panel, select the type
of data resources that you want to view:
You can select:
- EWM SCM Change Set Link Resources (TRS 2.0)
- EWM SCM Change Sets (TRS 2.0)
- EWM Tracking and Planning Resources (TRS 2.0)
