Resolving work items and records

You must manually update and resolve work items and associated ClearQuest® records.

Resolving a work item does not automatically update a linked ClearQuest record. Similarly, resolving a record does not automatically update linked work items.

Resolve work items linked to records as you would any other work item in the Jazz™ web client. See Updating and resolving records linked to work items for information on resolving a record that is linked to a work item.
