Unable to access Engineering Insights

This topic describes some of the problems you might encounter when working with IBM® Engineering Lifecycle Optimization - Engineering Insights (ENI).

Problem

Your browser blocks pop-up dialogs that you need to log in to the ENI application or IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM).

Solution

The browser typically notifies you about making an exception for ENI or ELM. If you suspect blocked pop-ups are preventing you from logging in, disable the pop-up blocker according to your browser documentation, and then try logging in again.

If not, add an exception to the domain URL for Jazz™ Team Server (JTS) authentication.
