Link to product documentation error

Problem Occasionally, clicking on the link to the product documentation from the menu results in an HTTP Status 500 error.

Solution Perform the following steps:

  1. While Engineering Test Management is running, go to the following URL (which includes your server location in the path), using a user ID and password with JazzAdmin privileges: https://[server path]:9443/jazz/admin/cmd/requestReset.
  2. Restart Engineering Test Management. This will redeploy cached files and resolve the HTTP Status 500 error.
