If you are not getting all of the help content, try one of these solutions.
- A specific help topic was removed or the link is broken.
- If you find a broken link, click Back in the browser and use
the Feedback link to help improve the content.
- Your computer is not connected to the Internet or to your intranet
help (if configured).
- Verify that your computer is connected to the intranet network
or the Internet.
- Your browser’s proxy settings are not configured to access
the help server.
- Verify the proxy settings for your browser. See Configuring the help.
- The remote server that provides help content is offline or down.
- Try to connect later.
