Pop-up blocker preventing GCM or ELM login

Problem: Your browser blocks pop-up dialogs that you need to log in to the Global Configuration Management (GCM) application or IBM® Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM). Blocking typically occurs on a remote system in a federated environment, where the GCM and Link Index Provider (LDX) applications are on a different Jazz™ Team Server server than the Requirements Management (RM) and Quality Management (QM) applications.

Solution: The browser typically notifies you about making an exception for GCM or ELM. If you suspect blocked pop-ups are preventing you from logging in to GCM or ELM, disable the pop-up blocker according to your browser documentation, and then try logging in again.
