Troubleshooting the product help

If you are not getting all of the help content, try one of these solutions.
A specific help topic was removed or the link is broken.
If you find a broken link, click Back in the browser and use the Feedback link to help improve the content.
Your computer is not connected to the Internet or to your intranet help (if configured).
Verify that your computer is connected to the intranet network or the Internet.
Your browser’s proxy settings are not configured to access the help server.
Verify the proxy settings for your browser. See Configuring the help.
The remote server that provides help content is offline or down.
Try to connect later.

If you still cannot connect, try downloading the help files to your computer for local access. See Configuring the help.
