Finding a dashboard

You can search for a project or team dashboard within a project area or a personal dashboard on the Jazz® Team Server.

Procedure

  • Find a personal dashboard:
    • Click the arrow next to the Home icon (Home), and then click All Personal Dashboards under the Personal Dashboards section. The All Personal Dashboards page displays all of your personal dashboards first, and then all of the shared personal dashboards, with the author name, in alphabetical order. You can enter characters in the Filter box to narrow the list of displayed personal dashboards.
    • In the Quick Search box next to the Search All Personal Dashboards icon (Search All Personal Dashboards) in the main menu bar, click in the search box, and type characters to search for a specific dashboard. A short list of potential dashboard matches displays under the search box as you type.
  • Find a project dashboard:
    • Click the arrow next to the Home icon (Home), and then select a project to display its dashboard.
    • Click the arrow next to the Home icon (Home), and then, in the appropriate server or application section, click All Projects. The All Projects page displays all of the projects on that server. Click the name of a project area to open that project's dashboard.
  • Find a team dashboard:
    • Use one of the previous methods to find and open the dashboard of the project to which the team belongs. Then, in the main menu bar, click Project Dashboards, and then click All project-name Dashboards. The All project-name Dashboards page displays the project dashboards and all related team dashboards. Click the name of a team dashboard to open it.
    • In the Quick Search box next to the Search All Personal Dashboards icon (Search All Personal Dashboards) in the main menu bar, open the search menu, and select All Dashboards or All Team Dashboards. Type characters to search for a specific dashboard. A short list of potential dashboard matches displays under the search box as you type. Click the name of a team dashboard to open it.
