In RTC work item, How to reflect selected check boxes from one tab to another tab?

pravin gaykar (4232225) | asked Jan 22 '13, 8:45 a.m.

In RTC workitem type eg. task, there are 2 tabs. In 1st tab there are 10 multi select check boxes and I have selected just two check boxes.

Now I want those selected check boxes to be reflected in 2nd tab when i make action from one state to another state.

Is it possible to do this?

you will have to add those attributes to the second tab as well.

Hi Sam,

I have added those attributes in 2 tab but it's showing uncheck boxes as well in 2nd tab.

I want only selected check boxes in 2nd tab. Is it possible to do this?

Selecting "Hide If Empty" on the second tab's presentation for these boolean attributes should do what Pravin needs.

Hi Brian,

I tryed but, Hide if Empty is not working for 2 tab. If I created new attribute with same enumeration list which I used for 1st Attribute, its showing All check boxes in 2nd tab but with uncheck mark.
I want only selected check boxes in 2nd tab. Is it possible to do this?
In RTC Is there any feature to do this?

Hide if Empty does not work for selection lists.
