JAZZ DEVELOPER
I am using RTC 4.0.0.1 and found that I am unable to create workitem from template in the Web client.

steps I used:
1. Create Scrum PA
2. Create a new workitem template in Eclipse client
3. Go to Web client's Work item > Create from template,
--> TypeError thrown and work item is not created

Is this a defect ?

yes - this issues has been identified on jazz.net as defect 229376, which was fixed in RTC 4.0.1.
