Using RTC 4.0.1, I customized my Project Area so as to create a new work item type with a couple of custom attributes.
2 of the custom attributes I added (1 is SmallHTML, another is of String type) show up in the Eclipse Client,
but not in the WebUI.

Is this a defect?

No - I noticed that that in order to implement my new work item type, I had duplicated all tabs,
(that is, I had 2 Overview, Links, History... tabs)
This is preventing the WebUI to load properly.

Removing duplicated tabs fixed the issue.
