 i have developed a participant plugin for RTC, but when i click on save button of workitem it shows an error

An Internal error is occurred: Unable to instantiate participant sampleParticipant Plugin -in SamplePlugin was unable to load class rtc.Sample.

can any buddy please help how to remove this error

There is too few information provided to help. This can be an ill set up plugin project, missing files in the build or deployment or a lot of other issues..

I would suggest to follow https://jazz.net/library/article/1000 to understand how the development process works and learn debugging first, before you try your own plug-in. I try to provide additional examples on http://rsjazz.wordpress.com/
