Using RTC 3.0.1.3, and CSV Exporting / Importing work items.

I am unable to CSV Export work item links if my user has no access to the Project Area.
Steps I used:
- my user belongs to PA1 but not to PA2
- some work items in PA1 are linked to work items in PA2
- I created a query to CSV Export work items in PA1 - showing columns "links"

when running the query, I can see the work item links (in PA2)
However - CSV Export does not include these links
(supposedly because I don't have access to PA2)

Is this a defect?

No - CSV Exporter behaves as designed here.
you can not export work item links to which you don't have access.
To overcome this - either login with a user that have access to all work item links, or grant the access to the current user.
