Using RTC 4.0.0.1, I exercise the CSV Export and Import feature, and found that when CSV importing a work item that was resolved as DUP that already has a valid link of type "related artifact", upon import, status is set to re-open.

- steps to reproduce:
- create a PA - SCRUM
- create a defect - resolve as dup of any other task
- add a related artifact link like "google" / "http://www.google.ca/"
- CSV export this work item only (using a query "by id")
- CSV import this defect
- expected: status is resolved / duplicate
- observed: status is Re-opened

Is this a defect?
