a collection is the same sort of idea as a module (it gathers a number of artifacts together) but it does not have any structure or ordering. On the other hand in a module, the contained artifacts are in a tree structured. In a collection it's just a "bag" of artifacts.
So the answers to your question are following
1. can we add one modules in to another modules if so then why?
Ans : no
2.can we add modules in to collections if so then why?
Ans : yes
3. can we add collections in to modules ?why?
Ans : no
