Renamed Work Item Template name is garbled

Using RTC 4.0.1, I renamed a Work Item Template with a new name containing accented characters, like ááããààééííóóúúçç
After this rename, when I use the "New --> Work Item from Template" wizard, template name is garbled (showing diamonds) Is this a defect? |
