Creating a custom attribute listing related Change Requests (from OSLC friends)

Thibault Leclercq (9011013) | asked Jan 03 '13, 9:44 a.m.
 Hi,

I'd like to create an RTC custom attribute field in RTC which could contain external Work Items from external (i.e. OSLC friends) repositories.

I tried to create an Work Item List attribute but I can only add Work Items from the same RTC server. What I would like to have is to get the same dialog box as when clicking "Related Change Requests" from the Links tab.

How can I do that?

BTW I'm using RTC 3.0.1.2

Thanks!

Hi Thibault,

you could look into using this approach: http://jorgediazblog.wordpress.com/2012/06/27/work-item-customization-httpconector-and-oauth-in-rtc-4-0-for-oslc/

However, it requires the HTTP Filtered Value Set Provider and that surfaced sometimes in 3.x. I am not sure if it is available to you and if the API is already available as in 4.x.
