I'm performing a server rename, I'd received the activation code from IBM by e-mail.

But it came as pure text. I tried to save it on a file called mappings.key and move it to /server and /server/conf directory but repotools reports an error that the key file was not found.

So, what is the name and location of Server Rename Key File?

As far as I can remember you just copy the file ImportURLMappings.activate into the server folder. If you run the commands that require the key, does it say, where it does want it?

That's exactly the name and the location of the file. Thank you, it worked.

I just added the file name and location of the key file to some of the help topics on server rename.

Thank you Eric.

I searched in several articles, info center, forum and didn't find that information. It would be helpful to others.

So did I and I couldn't find it either. Thanks Eric!

Just to be clear, I added the information to the help topics for the next mod pack. I expect that we'll have a public pre-release version of this IC fairly soon.
