There is no ‘built in’ way to export data from RQM directly into Microsoft Word that I know of.

From the Browse Test Plans view, you do have the option to Download as Spreadsheet (CSV). Many table artifact views can now be exported as CVS files for spreadsheet use in RQM 4.0.x

If you are looking for the complete contents of the Test Plan then using the RQM API would be your best bet. You can obtain the xml output for your individual Test Plans (and other artifacts) from your RQM projects
