RTC Plan Items Check List
Hi ,
I have checked the "PlanItem" on the RTC ProjectArea on jazz.net.
This is really good.
I have installed RTC4.0.1, but it seems not to include the "Plan Item" in any process template.
How can I get the process template including the "Plan Item" work item type.

Hi,
I believe the Plan Item work item type is a work item we created to match our process. More information about Plan Items is available here: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RTCContinuousDeliveryPlanning I don't know of a place where you can download our process template. You could submit an enhancement request by going to the My Stuff section. You could also create your own work item type and customize it by combining what you like of our plan item and what works for your process.
