Hello
Please look in the rm.log and see if there is any information about the problem.  What exactly do you mean '..is not getting opened properly?'  What type of RM artifact is this? A text artifact or something else?

it is a showing 'Error loading artifact attributes' after opening the document. it is a rich text file. in the folder no document is showing whereas in below it is showing 'Showing 2 of 2 Artifacts'. Also tell me from which location I can capture rm.log

it is fixed by loading proper templates within Manage project property -> artifact type
