Why are data warehouse jobs failing with "peer not authenticated" ?

Upgraded several CLM applications from 3.0.1 to 4.0.1.   Most are running the Report warehouse jobs just fine.  However one application server which happens to be
  • Full blown CLM created GA 3 and upgraded
  • Provides JTS to a mix of 4.0.1 and 3.0.1 CCM applications
  • Uses the same credentials ( at least I hope ) to do the warehouse jobs
The only jobs that are failing are those related to the "internal" applications for the full blown CLM.   (Star is running under JTS).

I've tried to find similar posts / responses and have been unsuccessful.

 Solved

In WebSphere Security / SSL Configurations / Node Default / Quality of Protection had "SSL" for the protocol.  The working JTS had "SSL_TSL" for the same setting.

This could be the answeer for my question:

https://jazz.net/forum/questions/103357/who-is-the-client-within-etl-jobs-which-requires-tls-v10-to-run-the-job

I had to migrate from TLS1.0 to TLS1.1 on the webserver and now my ETL jobs are failing.
