Hi

I am leading the SCM processes development, while working in the enterprise architecture team. How shall I look at SCM from architecture's perspective? Or how can I merge software development process with enterprise architecture?

can you explain this in more detail, please? With SCM do you mean Software Configuration Management? What do you mean by merging your software development process with your enterprise architecture? Are you talking about methodology, about org charts and roles or about DevOps?
