View Report Error Rational insight DPR-ERR-2065

Hi all,

i have been import a report in development (windows) to production(linux).
but when i click the report 
i got an error DPR-ERR-2065 The response from Report Server is not well formed. 

Getting this error when I execute a report in browser. Can someone tell me how to solved?

Hi Deni,

Given that you have installed Oracle DB (RIDW) with NLS_LANGUAGE AMERICAN, I believe it is highly likely the cause. It is always advised to set UTF-8 for the database instance code set.
