Sprint Burn Down Chart

The Sprint burn down which is displayed by default uses hourly estimates for the Y - axis. Can I customize it to display the burn down with Story points on Y - axis?

Yes, but there is a Release Burdown report based on Story Points available. The one based on Hours is the Burndown. You can always modify the template. Check here for the list of reports available:
