Unable to Rank WI in Ranking List view

 Hi,
For some reason i am unable to Rank by Drag and Drop in the Ranked list view.
When i switch to a work breakdown or Roadmap views i am able to Rank my WI using drag & drop.
does someone have any idea why?
I tried creating the Ranged list view again but no changes.
Please Advise.

Hi Shirley, check your configuration of the Ranked List view, and make sure you have "Sorting" paired with "Ranking" selected.
