Hi,

we are using RTC 4.0.0.1.

We are getting the error 'TypeError: this._proxy.getAttribute is not a function' when creating Work items from template in the web client.

Wi tempalte is working fine from eclipse client.

We are getting the error when we click on create from template, it's not even showing the templates.

We created a very simple template to test, it does not seem to be related with the template.

Has anyone experienced this error? Could anyone help us?

 There is also a hotfix that you can request tech support that will fixed this particular issue in 4.0.0.1. 
 you can find out more about this hotfix work item 234196

We got the hotfix from support and it works in 4.0.0.1.

We had the same and that's what we got from IBM

This is a known defect which has been fixed in 4.0.1 (already available
- https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0.1 )    
AND                                                                    
4.0.0.2 if you cannot yet go up to the major version of 4.0.1.         
4.0.0.2 should be available at the end of January 2013
