As we support agile teams, we would like to understand their ALM tool needs.  If you are member of an agile team, do you have input into the following...?
  1.  Who are the members of your agile team (their roles)?  What is your role in the agile team?
  2.  As a member of an agile team, what are your key entry points into ALM tools? What are the most important getting started tasks (on day 1) that you perform as part of that agile team?   (e.g., creating a project, populate a product backlog, planning sprints, setting up development environment, setting up test environment, inviting users, etc).
  3. What pain points do you experience when performing those getting started tasks?
  4. What ALM tools does your agile team use today?

Thanks for your input,
