Term Functionality
When setting up an Artifact Type if I select the option:
Artifact Roles : Use artifacts of this type as glossary terms
Is the "alternative spelling" field the only difference in functionality?
I would like to know if Glossary Terms work any differently than not selecting the Artifact Role.

Additionally, when an artifact type is marked as a "term type" you can search from within the text editor to find existing terms or create new ones. There are icons on the editor ribbon for these actions.
Also hovering over terms that you link in this way will provide a preview pane (rich hover) with the term's definition.
