I have Jazz Server, RTC Standard and Db all contained on one machine. What is the recommended upgrade procedure to take that 1.0 install to 1.0.1R0, and still keep the logins and existing projects?

Because 1.0.1 is not final yet, the recommended upgrade procedure is to
perform a separate installation of 1.0.1 RC*. After 1.0.1 is installed,
you can configure your 1.0.1 install to point at your 1.0 data. When
doing this, you should make sure that a 1.0 server is not used after a
1.0.1 server has been started with that DB.
