How do I create custom section in Test Plan ?

I can not create  a custom section called 'Introduction' in my test plan. How can I do that  in RQM . I am using 3.0.1 version. Please let me know.

If you are looking to add a section to a single Test Plan use the ‘Manage Sections’ option which will bring up a ‘Manage Section’ window. From the this Window you can select the icon “Create Section”; this will allow you to create either a Rich Text section or a Grid section of your choice. You can also use the same procedure when creating your own Test Plan template if you all of the Test Plans to have this customer section
