You need to link one test case at a time. However you don't need to go to Testcase editor
You can associate Testcase to req from "Traceability" view of browse testcase.

Goto Construction -> Browse -> Testcases
In the Testcase view select view type "traceability". By default view is General

Hi Vipin Goel,
when you mentioned link multiple testcases to multiple requirement, do you mean select more than one testcase at a time, then select multiple requirement and link them, so all the selected testcase associated with the same set of the requirement?
if so my concern is the scenario, the same set of requirement is tested by a set of testcase.
why not add testcases to one testplan and requirements to one requirement collection and link the testplan with the requirement collection.
