Error Creating Project Area

Satish Raju (8167) | asked Oct 14 '08, 5:10 a.m.
I am getting the below error, while trying to create a Project Area in Jazz, unable to find anything on the internet..
Can you help me out with this?

Problem(s) occurred deploying process definitions.
The "com.ibm.team.rtc.default" client access license policy does not allow the "com.ibm.team.process.server.saveProcessTemplate" operation.

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Hello,
you may be missing the required Client Access License (CAL) to perform
this operation.
Please review this
TechNote:https://jazz.net/learn/LearnItem.jsp?href=content/tech-notes/rational-team-concert-1_0-licensing-and-editions/index.html
(see the "Understanding Client Access License Options" section and child
topics)

Then verify that you have the required CAL on your user editor (see
attached screen cap)
Modify as needed.
