RRC 4.0.0.1 Browser Add-on will not start, error ID CRRRW7386E.

 I'm trying to edit a Business Model Diagram with RRC 4.0.0.1.
The required installation of the RRC Browser Add-on starts automaticly and installs succesfully. 
But after restart of FireFox, I get the error ID CRRRW7386E 
After a uninstal and reinstall of the RRC Browser Add-on, the same error occurs.

This problems persist on several pc's in my environment. 
I'm running Firefox 16.0.1 on a Win7 machine.

Hi Kor,

I suggest trying the add-on install on FireFox 10ESR, as FireFox 16 is not a supported browser version.  Hope it helps,

Thanks for you answer.. 
While waiting for an answer, i have tried it in Internet Explorer 9 and this works fine. So I will be using IE and not install firefox 10.
