I found that the WI can be edit by anyone even he is not the owner, but in our case, this is not allowed, how to restrict that only owner can edit the WI?

Hi Haizi
Why would you like to prevent editing a workitem other then owner?
What if owner leave the company and workitem is in open state?
How other stakeholders will collaborate while owner is working on workitem?

I guess you want editing scoped to some level say "Only owner can resolve the workitem", Am I making right guess

In our situation, generally, A workitem should be tracked by one specific person that he/she have the complete responsibility for that workitem,  if WI can be edit by anyone, I think it will make the work confused, of course, that just my thought,  but I think the situation  you said seems not very common for us

in addition,  "only owner can resolve the workitem"  is also we want, how can I do this? thanks!
