Work Item Creation from Team Area

From the Client, when I am on a Team Area "page" (don't know what else to call it), I can see the Artifacts section. And this shows all of the artifacts that the Team Area has access to. When I right-click on Work Items, and select new Work Item, it creates a blank work item, but I still need to fill in the "Filed against" field. Could we just have that automatically filled in if I'm creating it from the Team Area view?
